Resumiva provides tools for creating, storing, reviewing and exporting resumes and related application documents. The service does not guarantee employment, interview selection or acceptance by an employer or automated screening system.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You retain ownership of text and images you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, render, back up and export that content while providing the service. You must have the right to use all submitted material.

Prices, access duration, included features, renewal status and taxes are displayed before checkout. Recurring plans renew until cancelled. One-time plans expire after the stated access period and do not renew automatically.

You may cancel a recurring plan from the available account controls. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while access continues until the current paid period ends. Refund rights depend on applicable consumer law and the terms shown at checkout.

You may not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, fraud, malware, automated abuse, scraping that harms the service, attempts to bypass access controls or access to another person’s documents.

We aim to provide a reliable service but may perform maintenance, modify features or suspend functionality for security, legal or operational reasons. Keep independent copies of important application documents.

To the extent permitted by law, Resumiva is provided without guarantees of a particular employment outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
